My brother Chris & his girlfriend Rachel got married back in September 2003 - They finally made it back to Florida and enjoyed a belated wedding reception with their family & friends.

The manatee viewing area is located along a warm-water discharge canal of Tampa Electric Company's generating plant on Tampa Bay. It was designated a state manatee sanctuary in 1986.
